The SFSCL is proud to announce the launch of our youth initiative to develop youth softball cricket. We understand the challenges our teams have trying to incorporate our youth into our league games. With the launch the SFSCL youth initiative we will now be able give our youth players the fundamental skills they need in an environment where they can play with their peers. We are looking to launch our first ever youth cricket camp in November. It is important that we develop our youths in the fundamentals of cricket and show them how to play the game the right way.
We are currently accepting youths between the ages of 7-15 (exceptions can be made based on their size and skill level).
Our youth initiative has three main goals:
1) To promote youth fitness and wellness
2) To promote team work, sportsmanship, and respect
3) To promote an understanding and knowledge of softball cricket
